Google doesn’t work: crash on YouTube, Gmail and more

Google has become a vital platform for our daily lives. Here we can perform all kinds of tasks, including Documents, Spreadsheets and Presentations, which are vital in a world of telework. However, today the company has suffered a drop in all its services, where none of them work.

Among the Google services that are currently down are YouTube, Gmail, Calendar, Google Drive, Documents, Spreadsheets, Presentations, Hangouts, Maps, Google Play Store, YouTube TV, Google Classroom, Google Home, Nest, YouTube Music, Google Cloud, Google Meet, Google Duo Sites, Chat, Vault, Forms, Cloud Search, Keep, Tasks, Voice and Analytics. None of the services work correctly, giving an error when entering and without any solution being available, being one of the most serious crashes we have seen in years, both of Google and of online services in general.

The crash began at around 12:49 in the morning on 14 December 2020. Google has two of the most visited websites on the Internet: its search engine, and YouTube. The latter is the vital entertainment platform for everyday life, while Gmail, Documents and the others are essential for everyday work, especially in times of teleworking.
