Two shows will be presented this weekend at the Juan Luis Galiardo Theatre in San Roque. According to the Town Hall, the concert “Sentimiento Cofrade”, by the Sevillian Joana Jiménez, on Saturday 27th; and the Exaltación de la Saeta, by Carlos Vargas and numerous artists, on Sunday 28th, will be shown.
Both concerts have been introduced this Monday, 22 March, by the mayor of San Roque, Juan Carlos Ruiz Boix, and the councillors of Traditions, María del Mar Collado, and Culture, Ana Ruiz, who have explained that these events will be held with the maximum health and safety measures, and with reduced capacity of the theatre to “only 300 people”.
On Saturday 27th, the Juan Luis Galiardo Theatre will host from 19.00 on the concert of the Sevillian Joana Jiménez, who, with the title “Sentimiento Cofrade”. It will be a musical walk through an excellent selection of music, which has as its protagonist the annual Christian commemoration of the Passion, Death and Resurrection of Jesus of Nazareth.
Tickets, priced at 5 euros, can already be purchased this week at the Teatro Juan Luis Galiardo, from 17 to 19, one hour before the concert, or through the platform www.giglon.com.
On Sunday 28, also at 19.00 in the Juan Luis Galiardo Theatre you can watch “the Exaltation of the Saeta” by Carlos Vargas, who will be accompanied by the artists Juan Delgado, Antonio Aparecida, Luna García, Manuel Peralta, Fernando Canela, José Canela, Paqui Lara, and the “Amando Herrero” Music Band.
Invitations for the event can be collected at the Teatro Juan Luis Galiardo from 17.00 to 19.00 from Monday to Friday, and one hour before the show, for “maximum 300 people”.
